1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and ttvip ("ttvip," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ttvip online gaming platform available at ttvip.one (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the ttvip Platform — including its games, cashier, promotions, and support services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with ttvip's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ttvip Platform. ttvip reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. The ttvip Platform is strictly available to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is a legal requirement under Philippine gambling regulations. By registering a ttvip account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. ttvip reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account where age verification cannot be completed.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The ttvip Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using ttvip is lawful in your jurisdiction. ttvip makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.

2.3 One Account Per User. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) ttvip account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. ttvip reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the ttvip registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

2.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ttvip login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify ttvip immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. ttvip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

3.1 Know Your Customer. ttvip is required to verify the identity of its users in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. As part of this process, ttvip may request the following documents from you:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PhilSys National ID)
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method (e.g., screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name)
• Source of funds declaration where required

3.2 Verification Requirement for Withdrawals. ttvip will not process any withdrawal request until KYC verification has been successfully completed. ttvip reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending the receipt and review of satisfactory verification documents.

3.3 Ongoing Monitoring. ttvip may request updated verification documents at any time, particularly where there is a significant change in account activity or where required by applicable regulations.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency

4.1 Currency. All transactions on the ttvip Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ttvip does not accept foreign currency deposits directly.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. ttvip currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. ttvip reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Deposit Limits. The minimum deposit on ttvip is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and the payment method used. ttvip reserves the right to set individual deposit limits at its discretion.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the ttvip Platform, subject to completed KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. ttvip reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

4.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ttvip reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published dormancy policy. You will be notified before any fee is applied.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General. ttvip may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to its users from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion, which form part of these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds credited to your ttvip account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. ttvip reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom, and to suspend or close accounts, where it determines that a user has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software to exploit bonus terms, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

5.4 Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from your ttvip account without compensation.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Outcomes. All games available on the ttvip Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment operated by trained dealers. Game outcomes are determined fairly and independently of ttvip's commercial interests.

6.2 Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction or error affecting a game, ttvip reserves the right to void the affected game round and return any stakes placed. ttvip's decision in such matters is final.

6.3 Collusion and Cheating. Any attempt to collude with other players, use automated software (bots), exploit software vulnerabilities, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage on the ttvip Platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not use the ttvip Platform to:

• Engage in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime;
• Provide false identity or payment information;
• Access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Use the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the ttvip Platform;
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code;
• Harass, threaten, or abuse ttvip staff or other users;
• Use the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ttvip Platform — including but not limited to the ttvip brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, and design elements — is the exclusive property of ttvip or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any ttvip content without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ttvip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

9.2 ttvip's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ttvip account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 ttvip does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10. Responsible Gaming

ttvip is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We provide the following tools to help you stay in control of your gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from your ttvip account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a set period of time.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications showing your session duration and net gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the ttvip Platform by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break from gaming by placing your account on a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 By ttvip. ttvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if ttvip reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

11.2 By You. You may close your ttvip account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the ttvip Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 7, 8, 9, and 13 — shall continue to apply.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

ttvip collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at ttvip.one/privacy-policy. By using the ttvip Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ttvip implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ttvip Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

13.3 Regulatory Complaints. If you believe ttvip has acted in breach of applicable gaming regulations, you may file a complaint with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) through its official channels.

14. Amendments to These Terms

ttvip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ttvip will provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or an in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the ttvip Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
